Our specialist is available to see your patients at the Center for Advanced Medicine location, on the main medical campus. Valet parking is available at the covered drive-up portico or in the North Garage with a sky bridge to the medical building. Appointments for new patients can generally be booked two weeks out for first availability.
We will send a letter of correspondence soon after your patient’s visit to keep you fully informed of our findings.
After we have completed your patient’s treatment, we will return her follow-up and general gynecologic care to you.
To obtain an appointment for your patient, simply fax to 314-362-3328 or mail the following items and we will do the rest.
- A note requesting consult.
- Patient contact information, so we may schedule an appointment.
- Pertinent medical records (recent doctor note, lab work, etc).
